Keith Sherwood is an internationally known teacher and healer. He founded the American Psychic Association and served as its director and editor of its magazine, Psychic. He has appeared on many radio and television programs throughout the United States and Europe, and currently teaches chakra therapy, a synthesis of Western therapeutic techniques, Taoist Yoga, and Tantra. Book okay, skipped exercises

I have strong intuition, and I'm very interested in healing. I found many interesting insights in this book. I think it's good, but I skipped exercises completely. They just don't work for me. All skills that I've gained came to me naturally, without any special effort.
