A good textbook for basic material science needs

This was a required textbook for my Material Science class (Chemical Engineering Major) which is why I made the purchase.
This book is very easy to read and has a lot of figures/graphs and pictures. The book overall is easy to follow and learn from but the problems are very easy for the most part and repetitive which some people like because it really pounds the information into your head. Overall it was a required textbook for my course and it has the necessary materials I needed to learn.
I gave this a 4 star because the book is easy to follow and has the informational needed. I took off a star because I feel like to many words are marked as key words and highlighted as well as the questions are not the best for me personally.

worst book ever

this book suck, that all
everything about this book failed horribly, every chapter is cover like this: some text which doesn't make sense and formulas that without explanations or examples, and "homework problems" in the end of the chapter has little or nothing to do with the text. Furthermore, this text cost more than it actually worths.
